How do I place an order?: For Business You can place an order by contacting us directly through our website, phone, or email. For Home you can directly order from the website, We’ll guide you through the customization process and finalize the details.
What is your delivery timeline?: For most pieces, we offer a 21-day delivery guarantee from the date of order confirmation. Custom orders may vary slightly based on complexity.
Do you deliver across India?: Yes, we deliver to all major cities and regions within India.
Will you install the furniture?: Yes, our team provides professional installation services to ensure your furniture is set up perfectly in your space.

Payment & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and UPI.
Do you require an advance payment?: For Business, Yes, a percentage of the total cost is required as an advance payment to confirm your order. For Home you have the facility to make full payment with order or pay at delivery. The balance is due before delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of production.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my furniture?: We provide care instructions specific to each piece. Generally, we recommend regular dusting, avoiding exposure to direct sunlight, and using coasters to prevent damage.
